We did a head table with our whole bridal party and we loved that little bit of extra time with the people that meant a lot to us.

I haven't watched these videos for years. Loving the relatable content! Thank you. I've had adult acne as well and have found witch hazel as serum and anything with rosehip to really help. Luckily here in New Zealand there's a brand called Essano that has everything rosehip and it really helps.

A bit different from the usual in the US, from what I hear, but we sat with our parents and siblings. That way we hung out with our closest peeps and our friends in the bridal party got to sit with their partners. For makeup, I did mine thanks to you and it was great fun and really perfect. Shoes: yes for comfort and what works best for you. It's a long day!

I find it so interesting, not in a judgemental way or anything, that you mention certain things being out of your budget whilst also having a lot of custom things, and extra things that I've never seen before, plus a wedding planner. I don't know if it's a culture thing, I'm from the UK, or a class/income difference, but we don't really have cocktail hours, it's normally pictures between the ceremony and the meal, and whatever you like between the meal and the reception. Just interesting from my perspective as someone who had the cheapest wedding possible (£600 and most of that was the legal stuff) what you prioritize

Loved this video!! The gift giving you’re going to do is so sweet! My husband and I did a sweetheart table and we loved it!!!Yes, everyone came up to us to talk but to have a moment or two where it was just us was so worth it. I’ve been in weddings where there was a head table and people still came up to the bride and groom lol Also highly recommend booking the makeup artist! It’s really nice to be pampered on your big day 💕

I really like Colgate optic white radiant (I think) toothpaste. Combined with the whitening pen. But then I alternate brushes with a sensitive tooth paste.

Wedding shoes: I chose really beautiful but maybe not the most confortable wedding shoes with a bow at the front that was covered in rhinestones but this bow kept catching my dress with every step and the stiletto heel got stuck in the grass where we had our photos taken and I kept sinking! Haha I Highly recommend simple shoes that you can wear all night or take comfortable dancing shoes that you can change into after the photos but before the dancing.

My husband has been in weddings with a head table where I don’t know many, if any, other guests. So I felt a little lonely during dinner. So that’s something to consider, but as with every decision-it’s your wedding and so whatever feels best for you should be what you choose!

OMGHHKP! That used to annoy me, but now I realize I missed it! Lol...Sweetheart table is a must! If people come up to you that is fine, but you want to find small moments just to sit in the moment with him. Weddings go so fast and you want each second you have "alone" to be sweet!

Those invites are so cuuute! I use one whitening strip every few days or so, depending on how my teeth feel after. I found it makes a big difference to let them recover in between treatments

I just got married in September. I can't help on the shoes cause I wore cowboy boots 😊 For jewelry, I saw a lot of cute affordable options on Azazie (which is where the MOH and Bridesmaids got their dresses). I didn't buy any jewelry from there, but I bought an affordable and beautiful necklace from Modern Gents. I didn't end up wearing it as my MIL gifted me a necklace and earring set that was so dainty and pretty, and was my something blue. ❤ We did a sweetheart table and the bridal party sat wherever they wanted. Even though I absolutely can't stand being the center of attention, I am so so happy we did the sweetheart table. I don't believe anyone came up to us while we ate, but after we ate, I don't believe we sat down anymore the rest of the night 😅 It was so nice to have that time to ourselves eating our meal, then we talked and partied with everyone (and took pictures) the rest of the night! We had a pretty small wedding, maybe 40-60 people, and mostly everyone knew each other.

My biggest tip is to have your caterers make a to go plate for each of you for after your reception. We were so hungry super late at night and the only thing open was Taco Bell on our wedding night lol

The sweetheart table works well if you have your emcee announce that it's private time. Also, have you considered blue shoes? Since your dress is full length, they'll just peak out a tiny bit.

We did a sweetheart table and honestly it was so nice to have our meal just the two of us. It also gave us a chance to catch up on all of the events of the day without having to unload it all later that night/ the next day! ❤

Consider looking at shoe companies that are geared toward salsa or swing dancers. A lot of them are beautiful, and built to be worn all night.

I loved my Betsy Johnson wedding shoes! Chunky two inch heals covered in sparkles! And the bottoms are blue so it’s perfect for your something blue!

Have you thought of wearing any jewelry from your mom (maybe her wedding?) - that could be a good place to start if you want something sentimental. Or maybe you could look at hers and find something similar but updated to be more "modern." Good luck on the search!

For the white smile there is this brand called Smile Kit which is a yes purple toothpaste that with it is use whites your teeth. About the bridal shoes suggestion try them on at the afternoon because it is when the feet are naturally slightly swollen so you will have a better catch of how they will feel all thru the evening. And if you need to use any padding to make them more comfortable it is more easy to know before hand. You can always bejewel them add the crystals to your taste and you have an amazing creativity for it....

We did a head table, and I loved being sorted right next to my maid of honour as she made her speech - we could touch and hug afterwards etc. might just be a me thing, but that was so special
